Sean and others in similar situations want to live healthier lives, but at times it can feel impossible getting started. Coming from someone who was in a similar place of never wanting to cook. It can feel like a bigger task than it actually is.

Take the guesswork out of the equation by inputting pictures of your groceries and see meals you could make based on what you have. Select the option that best suits your time frame and needs. Then follow the step by step instructions of how to prepare and cook.

We all have to start somewhere and by creating healthy eating habits motivates us to conquer other goals. By beginning with becoming a Nutrition Knight, users could see weightloss, more energy, higher motivation, and a sense of accomplishment for their goals.

Framing this around Sean’s life, his love for gaming and desire to become healthier, the app lets you work through this real life goal as if in a videogame. After uploading your food you have or choosing what food you’re in the mood for, quests are given based on how much time you want to spend. Whether it’s a snack, meal, or meal prep, select your desired quest and earn coins. The healthier the meals, the greater the riches and stronger your knight becomes. Spend coins on new armor and castle modifications. Create your valiant knight by uploading your goals and achieve greatness one quest at a time.
