#HealthbyDesign is ...
Health is about feeling at ease with myself — in body and mind. It’s not only about
being free from sickness but about having the energy to do the things I love, to spend time
with people who matter. I believe health also comes from the spaces we live in — clean, safe,
and supportive environments where people can breathe, connect, and grow. To me, being
healthy is being balanced, hopeful, and strong enough to care for myself while also being there
for others.
Design is about making life a little easier and more meaningful and creating spaces where people can live comfortably, connect with others, and feel a sense of belonging. It’s not just about forms or structures, but about listening to people’s stories and shaping something
that truly reflects their needs. During my bachelor’s studies, I often spoke with stakeholders before designing, and those conversations reminded me that design is a dialogue. To me, it’s an act of empathy and care and finding balance between function, beauty, and the well-being of the community.
